The architectural design for adaptations to Nádraží street followed the transport – construction project prepared by the SÚDOP company, which it was part of. We were nevertheless able to built a new park square on the site of the former tram loops in front of the city baths at the mouth of Hybešova street (the monument to the Czechoslovak Resistance was placed on the surface of the sandy threshing floor at a later point and without our knowledge) along with being the first in Brno to successfully eliminate the number of street poles and columns by placing the tram tracks and lighting on a shared pole. Only the torso at the mouth of Pekařská street was finally completed out of the planned tram yard on a grassy belt all along the length of Nádražní street. The adaptations to the tram terminal in front of the main railway station were also not realized.
