The management of the energy group sits in a typical modern building on the so often criticized but nevertheless essential to the city Pařížská street. We aimed at creating a unity between the atmosphere of the building and its newly established office interiors, while at the same time including all of the usual standards for the present-day. In order not to have to decrease the height of the rooms with ceilings, the cooling and ventilation leads through hollow partitions and the electric installation in the floors, The AV technology is placed within the built-in furniture. The design plays with original elements and their replicas, with historical allusions in combination with contemporary cutting-edge furniture design forming a unit with contemporary trends and various retro-streams. We wanted to create a suitable company world from the concept of the internal construction and interiors of the three floors of the reconstructed building from the very beginning of the twentieth century which would also be comfortable and relaxed. The work on the design came about in a hectic fashion along with the realization, but was a pleasure to work on.
